About Aluminum Chambered Boats Aluminum Chambered Boats, Inc. was founded eight years ago, and operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the community of Bellingham, Washington, located on Puget Sound north of Seattle. ACB is a pioneer in revolutionizing the marine industry with craft that set new standards for performance, low maintenance and safety margin. We are extremely proud of the ACB team's success in producing vessels which deliver superior reliability, operating costs and manufacturer support, which has resulted in contracts with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marines, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, Border Patrol, Forest Service, N.O.A.A., numerous police and fire departments, multinational oil companies and others. In addition, ACB vessels have achieved acclaim with leading fishing guides and wilderness lodge owners, tour operators and private recreational clients. ACB wins the battle against all competitors. We invite you to compare and see for yourself. ACB is privately owned by a consortium of investors. In the past 12 months, we have doubled our manufacturing space and invested significantly in the most advanced tooling and systems. We continue to support American industry through the creation of living-wage jobs of a highly skilled, technical nature. Aluminum Chambered Boats currently offers its unique, patented aluminum chambered design in hulls ranging from 23 to 30 feet, in a wide variety of configurations serving the government, commercial and recreational markets. A typical ACB story occurred in the wake of Hurricane Rita, when the Cameron Parish Sheriffs Office asked ACB to rush a support team to Louisiana to assist in various missions for FEMA, the National Guard and the Sheriff. ACB users consistently praise our boats' safe, rapid performance in the most rugged conditions. We were the first boat successfully tank-tested without the use of foam flotation by the United States Coast Guard. The hull of an Aluminum Chambered Boat is tougher and delivers a much longer life cycle -- up to four times -- than a fiberglass boat. Satisfied owners include multiple U.S. government agencies (GSA#07F 0133M)...state and local law, fire, rescue and environmental enforcement agencies...many of the premier fishing guides in Alaska and British Columbia...a very loyal and rapidly growing group of recreational boat owners...as well as the legendary ocean explorer, Jean Michael Cousteau. In his global travels to carry on the work of his father, Jean chooses ACB. Aluminum Chambered Boats - 2007 |
